I love these cookies. Me, my boyfriend, & son always get them when we go to the mall. Always fresh & most of the employees are super nice. Plus they have the good ice(:
Elderly worker not only did not know how to ring up my points but then lied and acted as of he did. Once I pointed out the error he got another employee to assist him. She also was unable to rectify the situation. The manager got involved and just kept saying, "it's ONLY $5 and 3 points. I mean, what do you really want me to do? " I finally gave up out of exasperation and walked away. I really like the chocolate chewy cookie but it certainly isn't worth being treated like less jyst because it was "ONLY $5 and 3 points. I MAY go to G.A.C. again but it certainly won't be at the Grand Central Mall.
