I really hate to say it but I rather do my business online because the employees are rude towards anyone who doesn't look like a movie star. Which is really sad because I'm sure they would get more business if the employees didn't act so judgemental. Maybe hire in some new people that treat customers with respect & kindness? Just some food for thought. Parkersburg waited so long to have this store & it's such a shame that the people who work there run everyone off.
