My first ever review anywhere. First time at this laundromat. Was going to a different one but was tired of losing money on dryers that don't work. This one is no different. Except this one has an attendant. Put 75 cents in dryer. Notified attendant dryer not heating. Still has a few minutes left on it. She came and checked it after running it for 2 minutes. Says nothing wrong with it, it is warm. It is maybe 2 degrees higher than outside temp. At that rate it would take all day to dry. Maybe. And that was at high setting. Will not be back.
My previous review (low rated) was for a different laundry mat that I got mixed up with this one. This one is a good place to go. Clean facility, solid machines, and good staff that have been there asking if I needed any help both times I visited. I would like more washer options but if they ain't broke, I understand not replacing them. I will use each time I am in Vienna.
